Commercial pool electrical
HOA, hotel, condo, and municipal pools. Equipment-room upgrades, variable-speed pump wiring, and motor control centers.

Commercial pool electrical is a scheduling problem as much as a trade problem. The pool is closed for a window, and everyone — health department, pool management company, property manager — wants it open again on time. We work the same way: a specific scope, a specific price, and a specific return-to-service date.
Our commercial work covers condo and HOA pools, hotel pools, municipal and club pools. Typical scope is an equipment-room rebuild: new feeder, new pump controllers (often variable-speed), new heater circuits, automation wiring, and a bonding grid that a commercial health inspector will actually sign off on.
We coordinate with your pool management company, pull the permit ourselves, and hand you the paperwork the inspector signs.
Often booked together.

Pick up the phone. That’s how this works.
Estimates are free. Paul usually answers, and if he can’t, he calls back the same day. We book one to three weeks out for residential work; commercial timelines vary.
